1. How can I check my order status?
Call 417-823-8160, and have your invoice number available.

2. Are delivery services available?
Yes, we have multiple options available for delivery at an additional fee. Deliver fee is based on item, quantity, mileage, and difficulty of delivery. Please call 417-823-8160 for an estimate.

3. How long will it take for my products to arrive?
Shipping times are based on the manufacturer’s guidelines. Most special order items arrive within a 2-3 week period. All items that are currently stocked, are based upon delivery or pick-up schedules. If you have questions about your specific item or invoice, please call 417-823-8160 for assistance.

4. Are discounts available?
We already discount our merchandise to the public from normal retail costs. If any added discounts are available it will be dependent upon items and/or quantities. For more information call 417-823-8160.

5. Are color samples available?
Yes, sample doors are available on Kitchen Cabinets only for a charge. Call 417-823-8160.

6. Do you offer assembly/installation services?
Yes, we work with several companies who provide these services. Call 417-823-8160 and a sales representative will put you in touch with the nearest appropriate contact.

7. What is your return policy?
Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Call 417-823-8160 and a Customer Service representative will assess the situation and, if need be, issue a return authorization. For more information see our Refund Policy.

8. What payment methods do you offer?
MYA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Check. In addition, open credit is available for those who qualify.
